Gerry Fitzsimons, Grousehall, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan died on the 4th November 2024, suddenly at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his father Hugh.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Ann, sons Gary and Shane, daughter Grainne, mother Rose, brother, sisters, his adored grandchild Leximae,
daughter-in-law Cathriona, Grainne’s partner Chris, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Clarke’s Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Tuesday evening, 5th November, from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral on Wednesday to arrive at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Virginia for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House Strictly Private Please by request.

Family would prefer no shaking hands in the Funeral Home or Church please.
