GERRY GRADY Culleen, Knockcroghery, Co Roscommon, January 1st, 2026; (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff in ICU at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe, after a short illness bravely borne. Pre-deceased by his parents Pat and Annie-Mae, brothers Declan and Noel and sisters Anne and Marie.

Gerry will be forever loved and missed by his heartbroken wife Marie, daughters Michelle and Aishling, grandsons Brandon, Evan and Eli, sons-in-law Con and Paul, brothers Pat Joe, James and Anthony, sisters Chrissie, Bernadette, Alice, Doreen, Carmel, Sandra, Linda and Heather, aunt Philomena, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Saturday (Jan. 3rd) from 5.30 o’c until 7.30 o’c. Removal from his home on Monday morning (Jan. 5th) arriving to St Patrick’s Church, Knockcroghery for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Gailey Cemetery.
