Peacefully, at home, in the care of his family. Beloved husband of the late Rose, son of the late Tommy and Annie, adored dad of Aidan, Rosaline, Olivia, Gerard and the late Ronald and brother of the late Tommy (England), Anthony, Patsy and Noel. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing sons, daughters, grandchildren Rebecca, Aoibheann, Nicole, Dylan, Caitlin and Gerard, Aidan’s partner Leontia, Gerard’s partner Ciara, sisters-in-law Jenny, Marie and Kay, nephews, nieces, his relatives, great neighbours and friends.

Due to extended restrictions on numbers at funeral ceremonies, Gerry’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family and close friends only.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and to remember by being present on the route, socially distanced, on Friday, December 11th, as Gerry is brought from his home to the Mortuary Chapel, Dowdallshill, for Mass at 11am and afterwards for burial in the adjoining cemetery.
