Gerry McCarthy
McCARTHY GERRY, (late of Skibbereen, Dublin and Cork): On January 13, 2019, Writer and Arts Journalist, beloved son of the late Daniel G. and Florence MacCarthy and dearly loved brother of Clare, Flor, Dan and the late Barry.
Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, friends, chess mates and the wider arts community.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy on Friday at 3pm. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Cancer Research.
