GERRY McKenna

Gerry, died peacefully in Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown, after a short illness surrounded by his loving family on February 3rd, 2025. Predeceased by his father Frank, mother Mary, brother John Patsy and his twin sister Marie.

Gerry is mourned by his sister Esther Tallon Edgeworthstown, brothers in-law PJ Tallon and Seamus Dunne, sister in-law Margaret Mc Kenna, his dear nieces and nephews and his wonderful neighbours and wide circle of friends especially the Mc Cormacks (his second family).

Always a smile, instead of a frown,
Always a hand, when someone is down,
Always true, thoughtful and kind,
Wonderful memories you left behind.

Gerry's remains will repose in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford N39 KN66 on the 4th of February from 5pm concluding with Prayers at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday 5th at 12 noon in St. Mary's Church, Ennybegs . Following Mass Gerry will be laid to rest in the family plot in Aughaboy Cemetery.
