GERTIE FORDE
(née KIND)
Forde (Ringaskiddy, Cork) On January 16th 2026, peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Staff at Curam Care Nursing Home, Carrigaline, GERTIE (née Kind), beloved wife of the late Teddy, loving mother of Mary (Nation), Sean, Tim, Ann, Gráinne (Thomas) and Trish. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Tony and Steve, daughters-in-law Mandy and Tricia, Ann’s partner Ray, sister-in-law Kitty, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Sunday (18th) from 4.00pm until 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (19th) at 2.00pm in The Oratory, Ringaskiddy which may be viewed on (Link Here) funeral afterwards to Barnahealy Cemetery.
