Gertrude (Gertie) Cox
Gertrude (Gertie) Cox, The Square, Mountmellick passed away peacefully in her 92nd year July 8th 2023. Predeceased by her loving husband Victor. Sadly missed by her daughter Sandra, and her son Ivor and her daughter-in-law Brigid, grandchildren Alastair, Christopher, and Leigh Ann, her dear sister Doreen and her husband Cecil Lewis (Portlaoise) and her brother Eric (Canada) and her devoted friend Olive,her family friends and neighbours.
Reposing in Moloney's Funeral Home, Mountmellick on Sunday from 5pm Prayer Service at 6.30pm. Reposing in the Funeral Home on Monday from 1pm with Prayer Service at 1:30pm. Removal at 1.40pm to St Paul’s Church via The Square arriving for Funeral Service at 2pm Burial after in the adjoining churchyard.
