Gertrude (Gerty) Kavanagh
(née McKenna)
Gerty Kavanagh nee Mckenna, Scarlet Crescent, Drogheda, Co. Louth. 29th October 2022. Peacefully at Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, in the care of the staff on 6th floor west. Gerty, predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas and brother Noel, loving mother to Gerard and Damien. Sadly missed by her sons, daughter in law Iris, grandchildren Casey, Nathan and Penny, brother Eugene, sisters Margaret, Pauline and Mary, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May She Rest In Peace
Reposing at her home Monday from 3pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11:30am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church which can be viewed live on www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie. Burial afterwards in St. Peter's Cemetery. Please leave a personal message of sympathy for the family in the ‘condolences’ section below.
