Gertrude O'Halloran
(née McNamara)
O’Halloran, Gertie (nee McNamara), Clontarf, 16th. June 2014,wife of the recently deceased Prof. Michael O’Halloran, peacefully, at Highfield Nursing Home after a long illness borne with great dignity. Sadly missed by her sister Vera (Keane), her step family Michael, Jassy (O’Siochain), David, Marie-Therese (Goti), Paul, Gertie (McMullen) and Yvonne (Agnew), her sister-in-law Nan (McNamara), her nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10am in Highfield Nursing Home Chapel followed by Cremation Service in Glasnevin at 11.20am. No flowers please. Donations in lieu if desired, to The Alzheimers Association.
