McCARTHY (Cork) On 1st September 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully, at home, GILLIAN, Bantry Park Road, Fair Hill and late of Churchfield Avenue and Stryker, Model Farm Road. Beloved daughter of Danny and the late Ann, loving sister of Dawn, Damien and Gavin, much loved aunt of Sarah, Conor, Shane, Katie and Charlie and sister-in-law of Norman and Pamela. Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, aunts, uncles, relatives, and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (4th September) from 11.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (5th September) at 11.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. No flowers. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount.
