Peacefully on 3rd February 2026, in University Hospital Limerick, in the presence of his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Kitty, dearest father of Mary, Catherine and Rona, adoring grandfather to Robert, Caroline, Kate, Alison and the late Laura and great-grandfather of Chloe and Ella.

Gordon will be sadly missed by his family, son-in-law Paul, sister-in-law Nellie, brother Vinnie and his wife Mary and family in New Jersey, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, on Thursday, 5th February, 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Cathedral, on Friday, 6th February for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.
