Grace Geraghty (née Carney) (Moneen, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, formerly Luton, England, native of Ayle, Aughagower, Westport .) November 3rd 2024:- Peacefully in the care of Mac Bride Community Nursing Unit, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Martin. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving sister Maureen O'Malley, brother Pat Carney, sisters-in-law Margaret, Mary, & Josephine, brother-in-law Christy, nephews, nieces, grand - nephews & nieces, cousins, extended Geraghty & Carney families, and a wide circle of friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Grace will rest in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Tuesday (Nov. 5th) from 5:30pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7:00pm, followed by removal, walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 12 noon, followed by interment in Aughagower Cemetery.
