The Death has occurred of Grace Gillespie (nee Forrestal) of 2 St. Mary's Villas, Ballina & formerly of Fairfield, Moygownagh, Co. Mayo. 26th March 2023. Peacefully at the Ard Na Gréine nursing home, Enniscrone in her 98th Year.
Grace, predeceased by her beloved husband William, their son Francis, parents Philip and Catherine Forrestal, sisters Mary Ellen Forrestal & Annie-Kate Ryan.
Sadly, missed by her beloved daughter & sons Mary Dielh (New York), Fr. Anthony Gillespie (St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina), Liam (Ballyshannon), Philip (Letterkenny), son-in-law Peter, daughters-in-law Bernie, Michelle & Aedín, grandchildren Simon and his wife Danielle, Catherine, Louise and her husband Rodger, Conor, Paul, Frances & Billy, her great grandchild Conall, niece Jennifer (England), nephew Edward (Canada), extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
REST IN PEACE
Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Sunday evening from 5pm with removal at 6:30pm to St Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem Mass on Monday at 1:30pm followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.
