Grace McSweeney

It is with great regret that we announce the untimely deaths of 18 year old Grace McSweeney and her 24 year old brother Luke McSweeney, following a tragic car accident. They will be sadly missed and their precious short lives will never be forgotten by their mother Brigid (nee Phelan), father Paul, brothers Mark and David, Grace's boyfriend Aaron, their aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

May they rest in peace.

Grace and Luke will repose at home on Wednesday, August 30th, from 3.00pm to 8.30pm and on Thursday, August 31st, from 3.00 pm to 8.30pm. Parking for the Funeral is in Suirside Car Park, Clonmel (E91F207) where a bus will transport those wishing to pay their respects to the family home. Their Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, September 1st, at 11.30am in St Peter and Paul's Church, Clonmel, followed by burial in St Patrick's Cemetery.
