Hazel Grove, Templemary, Buttevant and Sydney, Australia.
The death has taken place of Grace (Radiographer) who passed away, peacefully, at home in the presence of her loving family.
Beloved daughter of Veronica (nee Dennehy) and her late Dad Liam.
Dear sister of Liam and Gareth, Liam's fiancee Alex, sister-in-law Juliette, grandmother Hannah, adored aunt of Kate and Sarah, uncles, aunts, her very close friends in Australia and work colleagues in St. Vincent's private hospital, cousins and friends.
Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Facebook page buttevant/lisgriffinpastoralcouncil on Thursday at 12.30pm followed by cremation service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, at 3pm and can be viewed on the Island Crematorium.ie website.
In accordance with H.S.E guidelines Funeral Mass will be private. The family thank you for your co-operation and understanding in these difficult times.
