The death has occurred of
Grace Wolfe
(née Ludgate)
Wolfe (Carrigaline, Halfway and late of Ballyclough). On Sunday 25th January 2026, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Luke’s Home, Cork; Grace (née Ludgate). Beloved wife of the late James and cherished Mum of Robert and Rosita. Predeceased by her beloved sisters, Jeanette, Kathleen, Rene and Ethel. A gentle soul, Grace leaves behind a lifetime of love and kindness. She will be forever missed by her heartbroken family, her brother Bobby, her beautiful niece Jan, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends, and the kind-hearted carers of Wise House at St. Luke’s, who showed her such compassion.
May Grace rest in peace and happiness.
A private humanist service took place on 28th January 2026, followed by burial in St. John’s Cemetery, Ballinrea.
No flowers please. If you would like to mark Grace’s memory, plant a shrub or flower in honour of a loved one.
