Peacefully in the amazing care of the staff of St. Brigids Hospice, The Curragh with her family by her side.
Daughter of the late Leo Collins.
Sadly missed by her devoted husband Peter, daughters Alannah, Cassie and her partner Eoin, mother Celine, brothers Ruairi and Leon, sister Dara, extended family, neighbours, work colleagues and friends.
May Grainne Rest In Peace.
A private Cremation will take place.
A celebration of Grainne's life will be announced at a later date.
