Gráinne McCarron

McCarron (née Lavery) Gráinne (Maytene, Thormanby Road, Howth, Co. Dublin) – April 12, 2021. Peacefully at home surrounded by her husband, her four children and their partners alongside Adrienne and lifelong friends Carmel and Breda. Dearly loved wife of Gerry and beloved mother of Damien, Gráinne, Sorcha, Stuart and the late Emmet. Gráinne was nursed caringly & lovingly by her granddaughter Sorcha and the team at St. Francis Hospice. She will be deeply missed by her daughter-in-law Crystal, son-in-law Damien and Sorcha and Stuart's partners Dave and Lisa, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings (a limit of 10 family) a private funeral and burial will take place for family. Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the 'Condolences' section below. Gráinne's funeral will travel from her home to The Church of the Assumption, Howth on Friday morning at 9.45am. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect. Donations in lieu of flowers to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
