(née Gregory)

HYNES (née Gregory) (Monkstown Farm, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – May 18th 2021 (peacefully) at home with her family and best friend Barbara.  Greta; dearly beloved wife of the late Richie, much loved mother of Frankie, Noel and Bernadette and mother-in-law of the late Mary.  Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, Noel’s partner Andrea, her loving grandson and best pal Darragh and his partner Beckie, great-grandson Joey, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Jimmy, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, her lifelong friend Audrey, her best friends Olive and Barbara and the Button Bingo Club, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Requiem Mass will take place on Friday (May 21st) at 10am in St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown (max 50 persons), followed thereafter by interment at Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.  To view the Church Service live click on this link  https://monkstownparish.ie/webcam/.  The funeral Cortège will be passing the family home at approximately 11.15am for anyone who would like to pay their respects to Greta and the Hynes family.
