Hannah JOHNSTON

Sallynoggin, Dublin / Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

JOHNSTON (née Brien) (Sallynoggin and formerly of York Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – October 22nd 2021 (suddenly but peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.  Hannah; dearly beloved wife of the late Joe, much loved mother of Frank, Paul, David, Fiona, Adrienne, Annemarie, Raymond, Declan, Peter, Orla and the late Kit and Joanne and devoted grandmother to the late Demetria.  Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her two devoted sisters Bridie and Anne, also Arron and Maria (Australia), brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (October 27th) from 3pm (with strict guidelines in place).  Removal to Our Lady of Victories Church, Sallynoggin arriving at 4.55pm.  Funeral on Thursday (October 28th) after 10am Requiem Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.  To view the Requiem Mass live click on this link  https://www.churchservices.tv/sallynoggin

 

A special word of thanks to all the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital who were so good to Hannah during her short stay, to Dr. Doherty and his team, to V. Rev. Fr. Padraig, Sr. Carmel and Ollie Larkin for their monthly visits, to her wonderful carers Christine, Ciara, Emma and Deirdre, to her past carers and the B. Independent Care Team and to Finnegan’s Pharmacy.
