Hannah Scanlon (née Nelligan), Direen, Athea, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, 25th September 2024 (in her 103rd year).

Predeceased by her husband Mick, daughter Dolores, grandson Sharath, sons Michael and baby Thomas.

Dearly loved mother of Tim, Eileen, Catriona, Denis, Joan and John.

Sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Margaret and Patricia, sons-in-law Chandra, Derry and Brendan, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, dear friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing at her home (V94 RH2N) on Friday, 27th September from 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 28th September at 4.00 p.m. at St. Bartholomew’s Church, Athea.

Burial afterwards at Holy Cross Cemetery Athea.
