Ballyleague, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Ballymahon, Co. Longford.

Harry died peacefully in the care of the staff of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe on February 18th, 2025. Pre-deceased by his sons Billy and John, sister Maura and brothers Padraig, Liam and Michael.

Harry will be sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia, his sons Martin, Tom and Mark, brother Frank, daughter-in-law Kay, grandchildren Billy, Anita, Karla, Ian and John and his great-grandchildren Erin Grace and Rose. He is mourned by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, a wide circle of friends, neighbours and former ESB colleagues.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Thursday evening from 5 o’c until 6.30 o’c followed by Removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Ballyleague (N39 NC89). Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 o’c. Burial afterwards in Cloontuskert Cemetery.
