Harry Keane

Harry Keane, Faulmore, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo, peacefully at his residence in his 94th Year on 12thJuly 2021. Predeceased by his sisters Catherine and Mary and brothers Pat, Tom and Owen. He will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving wife Bridie (née McIntyre) and dear family Paddy (Faulmore), Henry (Tarmon Hill), Mary Reilly (Woodside, Queens, New York), Annette Doyle (Maspeth, New York) and Micheál (Faulmore), eighteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Remains will repose at his residence on Tuesday from 5pm until 9pm for family, relatives and close friends. Funeral will depart from his residence on Wednesday at 12 noon to arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Aughleam for Funeral Mass at 1pm followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery. In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Harry’s funeral will be for family, close friends and neighbours with a maximum of fifty people permitted at Funeral Mass and all funeral services. The family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing at 1pm on Wednesday on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page with all other funeral services available for viewing at 9pm that evening.

Memorial Mass for the soul of Harry will be held at a later date. For those who cannot attend due to restrictions, please leave a personal message for the family on the condolences section on the Midwest Death Notice's condolence form on this web page.
