Haydn passed away on the 12th of March 2025, peacefully in the tender care of staff at University Hospital Waterford, predeceased by his wife Catherine Teresa, parents William George and Margaret. Haydn is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his friends Marcella and Martin, his neighbours in Riverview, friends, his carers in the community, HSE and Home Instead, and the staff of Medical 5, University Hospital Waterford.

Haydn's Funeral will be arriving at 7 p.m. on Monday evening, March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) to Our Lady of Mercy Church, Kilmacthomas for Funeral Prayers. Requiem Mass at 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning, 18th March. Interment afterwards in Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, Kilmacthomas.
