Heather Maybury
(née Skuse)
Heather Maybury (née Skuse) of Shankill, Co. Dublin and formerly of Bandon, Co. Cork, died on January 30th, 2021, peacefully at home in the presence of her closest family, after a long illness bravely borne with unwavering strength and great dignity.
Dearly beloved wife and soulmate of her devoted husband John, adored mother of Stephen and mother-in-law of Kim; deeply regretted by her mother Zena, sister June, brother Bill, brother-in-law Dan, sister-in-law Anne, nieces Sarah, Jill and Hilary, nephews Peter, Ian and Robbie, John’s sister Marion along with her husband Niall and their sons David and Jonathan, extended family, and a wide circle of dear friends.
Due to current Government restrictions a private family Funeral Service will take place in Rathmichael Parish Church at 11.00am on Tuesday (February 2nd). Those who, but for current restrictions, would have liked to attend may view the service by clicking here. Messages for Heather’s family may be left in the ‘Condolences’ section below. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society or Blackrock Hospice.
A full celebration of Heather’s life will be held when Government restrictions allow and arrangements for this will be published in due course.
