Helen Comer
(née McManus)
Comer, Helen (nee McManus) Boleyard, Shraheens, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and formerly of Johnsfort, Swinford at Castlebar. University Hospital on Monday 5th June 2023 surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late John.
Predeceased by her 8 siblings.
Helen will be sadly missed by her loving children; Eamon, Corrandulla (Diane), Anita Cosgrave, Lecanvey (Martin), Deirdre Byrne, Bohola (Jimmy), Peter, Ballyvary (Anne), John, Boleyard (Michelle), Angela, Edinburgh (Iain Lawson) and Kevin, Chicago (Delia).
Sadly missed by her 27 adored grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren as well as her many loving nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her home in Boleyard (F23 RC79) on Wednesday 7th June from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Requiem Mass for Helen will be celebrated on Thursday morning 8th June at 12 noon in St. Joseph’s Church, Keelogues (F23 FN30) with burial afterward in Straide cemetery.
