Helen in her 82nd year, passed away peacefully with her 4 children by her bedside, in Beech Lodge Care Facility, Bruree on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025.

Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Betty.

Dearly loved wife of the late Paddy, cherished mother of Maria O’Duffy, Gerard, Patrick and Elizabeth Gilligan and dear granny of Emelia, David and Jamie, Jake, Charlie, Pippa, Laura, Amy and Sarah, great-grand-daughter Faye.

Dear sister of John, Christina Stunell and the late Peter.

Very sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sons-in-law Brendan and Tony, daughters-in-law Siobhán and Martina, sisters-in-law Breda Hackett and Nora, brother-in-law Sean and the late Kevin, nieces, nephews, relatives, many friends and neighbours.

May God be by her side and put her Gentle soul at Peace

Reposing in Hawe - O'Keeffe's Funeral Home (P56 YY15), Bakers Road, Charleville, on Wednesday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, followed by Prayers.

Reception into Holy Cross Church, Charleville on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Helen will be laid to rest in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Buttevant (P51 Y4AE).

The family would like to thank the management, nurses and staff of Beech Lodge Care Facility, Bruree for their care of Helen during her time with them.
