Full of life and love, Helen was a courageous, generous and optimistic force to the end. Sadly missed by her beloved husband, Marcus Connaughton, her loving sisters Joyce, Rhona, Sheila, niece Corrie, nephews James, Alex, grandnephews, Tom, Henry, her extended family, wonderful friends and nursing colleagues.
