Helen Ryan (née Cole)

Ballinakill, Graiguenamanagh, Co Kilkenny, formerly Kill, Co Waterford.

Passed away peacefully on 24th June in the wonderful care of the staff in Pine Ward, University Hospital Waterford, in her 87th year.

Predeceased by her parents Mary and George, her husband Patrick (Patsy), her brothers Brendan and Paddy and her sister Colette.

Much loved Mother of Paul, Marina (Byrne) and Valerie.

Helen will be forever loved and dearly missed by her loving children, her heartbroken grandchildren Rachel, Nicola, Eimear, Orlaith, Bryan, Shona and Kieran, her daughter in law Margaret, son in law Pat, Valerie’s partner Noel, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

She will also be sadly missed by her friends and staff of New Haughton Hospital, New Ross where she spent her final few months.

The family would like to thank all the carers who cared for Helen over many years in her own home.

Reposing in Walsh's Funeral Home, Graiguenamanagh (Eircode R95 D853) from 4pm on Thursday 26th of June, concluding with prayers at 8pm.

Removal from her home in Ballinakill on Friday 27th of June at 10.40am to arrive at Duiske Abbey, Graiguenamanagh for 11am Requiem Mass.
