Helen Smith
(née Gaffney)
Smith, Helen (nee Gaffney), 12th July 2022 (Brookview, Tallaght and formerly of Loreto Avenue, Rathfarnham) (peacefully, following a short illness), surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital; beloved wife of the late Danny and loving ma of the late Gerry. Helen will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving family, children Danny, Aiden, Johnny, Jennifer, Annmarie, Martin and Paul, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sister Mary Rose, brother Tony, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght on Sunday (17th July) from 1pm to 3pm. A private service to celebrate Helen’s life will take place on Monday followed by burial in Templeogue Cemetery. Those who cannot attend the Funeral Service, please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book below.
