Helen died peacefully on the 11th April 2026, in the tender care of the staff of Muckross Ward and the Palliative Care Team in University Hospital Kerry.

 

Beloved wife of Noel and cherished mother of David, Fiona and Claire.

 

Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Margaret Finn, brothers Patrick and Joseph and sisters Margaret (Humphries) and Maura (O Neill) and brother-in-law Michael Morris.

 

Sadly, missed by her sister Joan (Morris) and brother Michael, her brothers-in-law John Humphries and Michael O’Neill, dearest sister-in-law, Dolores Finn, her grandchildren Christopher and Jonathan, son-in-law Paul, nieces and nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Helen will repose in the Rose Chapel Hogan’s Funeral Home, Tralee on Monday (13th April) from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.

 

Funeral arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Tralee on Tuesday morning at 10.30am where requiem Mass for Helen will be celebrated at 11.00am (streamed on https://stbrendansparishtralee.net/live-stream/. Interment afterwards in New Rath Cemetery, Tralee.

 

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry (via “Donation” link below – The Kerry Hospice Foundation) or care of Hogan’s Funeral Home, Tralee.
