Helena (Lena) Heeney
(née Coddington)

Lena Heeney nee Coddington, Abbeylands, Duleek, Co Meath and formerly of Marian Park, Drogheda, Co Louth. Peacefully in Gormanston Wood Nursing Home aged 92 years.

Pre- deceased by her husband Peter, sons Edward, Peter and Michael and daughter Jean.

Lena will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Mary, Catherine, Rosetta and Hazel and son Paul, sons-in-law Francis and Mike, daughter-in-law Christina, her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Peggy, neighbours and circle of friends.

Lena's family would like to thank Gormanston Wood Nursing home for the wonderful care from the carers and staff who looked after Lena with great kindness.

Reposing at her home (A92 E7D0) on Friday 29th August from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St Cianan's Church for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in Holy Cross Cemetery, Duleek.
