The death has occurred of Helena (Lena) O'Neill (née) Lakes, Breandrum,Gorvagh Co. Leitrim on January 29th 2023, peacefully at home, Predeceased by her parents Julia and Patrick Lakes brothers Tommy & Johnny and baby sister Mary.
Helena will be sadly missed by her loving husband Padraig, sons Paul & John, daughters Patricia, Sheelagh and Laverne, daughters-in-law Edwena & Kirsten, sons-in-law William, Philip & Daniel and ten grandchildren Katie, Olivia, Julia, Sinead, Ryan, Jake, Zack, Alex, Lucas & Aurora, two great-grandchildren her sisters and brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends and neighbours.
May Helena's gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High St., Ballinamore N41 TD62 this Wednesday evening, 1st February, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St Patrick's Church, Mohill on Thursday morning 2nd February to arrive for funeral mass at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
