Helena Mc Keon
(née O'Dowd)

Helena Mc Keon (née O’Dowd) of Glenageary, Co. Dublin and formerly of Mullinavat, Co.Kilkenny. Passed away peacefully on the 16th April 2026, at The Beacon Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Hugely adored and devoted wife of Harry, much loved mother of Kay, Niamh and Ronan and beloved granny to Daniel, Darragh, Sadhbh, Lucy-Mei, Robyn and Sonny, as well as honorary granny to Harry, Alfie and Rory.

Sadly missed by her sons-in-law Keith and David and daughter-in-law Lynda. Predeceased by her mother and father; Kathleen and Thomas and her brothers and sisters; Sean, Tom, Maureen, Kit, Michael and Betty. She will be hugely missed by all of her nieces and nephews and her large circle of family and friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday 19th April, from 4-7pm. Removal on Monday to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Johnstown, Killiney, arriving for funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Glendalough Cemetery, Co Wicklow. Family flowers only please.
