Henry J Thomas

The death has occured of Henry J. Thomas of Roo-Cottage, Craughwell Co Galway. Henry passed away peacefully on March 15th. 2025. Surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice. Henry is predeceased by his parents Harry and Yvonne, sister Patsy, brothers Noel, Liam, Des and Vinnie.

Henry will be sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Mary, daughter Yvonne, son-in-law John, grandchildren Shane and Niamh, their partners Sarah and David, sisters Ruth and Clare, and brother Andy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Henry will be reposing at Cawley's Funeral Home Craughwell (H91 W2V3) on Tuesday evening (18th March) from 6pm until 8pm Funeral cortege will arrive at St Colman's Church Craughwell on Wednesday (March 19th for requiem mass at 12 noon, (Funeral Mass can be viewed by clicking HERE) with burial afterwards in Killora Cemetery.
