Herbert (Herbie) Hickey

Hickey (Herbie) Herbert (19th August 2024), late of Saggart and formerly of Clondalkin (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family in the kind and wonderful care of all the staff at Clondalkin Lodge Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of the late June, and much-loved father of Anne, William, June, Paula, John and the late Aileen, loving brother of the late Christy and Rosie;

Herbie will be very dearly missed by his loving daughters, sons, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his treasured 13 grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Herbie rest in peace

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saggart followed by burial in Saggart Cemetery.
