The death has occurred of Hilda McDonnell, Gormanston, Co. Meath, on 21st February 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband PJ and her brother James. Devoted mother to Paraic, Eoin, Ciaran and Cathal. Hilda will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughters-in-law Kate, Lesley, Susan and Jayme, her cherished grandchildren Tadgh, Meabh, Finn, Tom, Max, Eli, Isaac and Faye, her brothers Joe and Pat, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing at her home on Thursday, 26th February from 2pm – 8pm. Removal on Friday, 27th February to St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Moorechurch Cemetery.

 

May Hilda’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
