Holly O'Brien Condon
O'BRIEN CONDON, Holly (Swords) - September 16th, 2023, (peacefully) at Temple Street Hospital surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her heartbroken parents Lynda and John, loving sisters Rebecca and Lily. grandparents Carmel, Jackie, Maurice and Dawn, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
May she Rest In Peace.
Removal on Monday (Sept. 18th) morning to St. Cronan's Church, Brackenstown arriving for 10 a.m. Mass followed by funeral to Dardistown Crematorium. You can view the funeral Mass live on the church webcam through the following link.
