Honoria (Nodie) RUTLEDGE
(née Kilgannon)

RUTLEDGE (née Kilgannon), Honoria (Nodie) Kilmacud and formerly of Loch Talt, Sligo 13th August 2025 in her 92nd year after a full and happy life. Nodie bore her gradual decline over the last few years with great strength and dignity. She received wonderful care from the staff of Cedar House Nursing Home and more recently in Clonskeagh Hospital.

 

At rest now with her beloved husband William (Bill) and her darling daughter Emma.

 

Nodie will be sadly missed by her sister Mary Elizabeth (Maisie) and her children Michael, Frank, Mary and Robert and by her daughters-in-law Helen, Anne and Veerle and son-in-law Colm.

 

Nodie was a loving and entertaining Nana to her adored grandchildren Ruth, Caragh, Éabha, Olivia, Sophie, Thomas, Evelyn, Henry, Laura, Beth and Fionn and great-grandsons Freddie and Beauden.

 

She is predeceased by her much-loved siblings Jim, Mike, Jack, Brendan and Rita.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Friday evening (15th August) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning (16th August) to the Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am which can be viewed live on https://www.kilmacudparish.ie/ burial afterwards in Shanganagh Cemetery.

 

Complimentary car parking is available at the old Dundrum Shopping Centre (Lidl) car park - entrance on Dundrum Village Main Street (not Dundrum Town Centre Car Park). Tickets to exit car park, free of charge, available on request at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum.
