Hugh (Bert) Morris

Morris Hugh (Bert), (late of The Neale, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo and formerly of Crumlin, Dublin 12) 18th March 2026; passed unexpectedly but peacefully in the kind care of the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross and previously Mayo General Hospital, Castlebar and Galway University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Seán and Mable, sister Mary, wife Terry and his partner Gwen.

Hugh will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving brother John, extended family, relations, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village, Dublin 12 (D12 EC60) on Saturday (21st March) from 10.45am to 11.45am. A Prayer Service will take place in the Funeral Home at 11am followed by Cremation in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium at 12.15pm (D6W HY98).

Hugh’s brother John would like to give his sincere thanks to all the staff in Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold's Cross, Mayo General Hospital and Galway University Hospital for the kindness and care they gave to Hugh during his illness.
