Hugh (Hughie) Hammond

Hammond Hugh (Hughie), (19th January 2022), (Rathcoole and late of Gormanston, Co. Meath), suddenly; beloved husband of Esther and much loved father of Ian and Clair, loving brother of Margaret, Frances, Anne, Esther and the late Michael, loving son of the late Annie and Michael and remembering his late grandson Omar Jnr; sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren Chloe, Keith and Shelby, Clair’s partner Omar and his son Cianan, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday from 4pm for family, friends and neighbours. All welcome. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 11am in Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saggart and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium.

Those who cannot attend the Funeral Mass please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book at the bottom of the page.
