The death has occurred of Hugh Mc Hugh, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England formerly of Cloonkeen, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway unexpectedly but peacefully in hospital on March 20th 2026, aged 92 years.

Pre-deceased by his wife Mary, brothers Tommy & Paddy and sister Teresa Murray.

Forever loved and missed by his daughter Anne Marie, sons Michael & John, daughters in law Julie & Susan, grandchildren Paul, David, Sarah, Mark & Jennifer, great grandchild Ethan, brothers Benny (Sligo), Pete (Moylough), sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May his kind and gentle soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Requiem Mass to take place at St. Agnes R.C.Church, Crawcrook on Thursday 2nd April at 12:15pm prior to interment in Ryton cemetery. All are welcome afterwards to Michelangelo's, Hedgefield.
