Hugh O’Farrell of Clahane, Ballyard, Tralee, Co. Kerry.

 

Our beloved Hugh completed his life’s journey on 29th April 2025. He gently passed, surrounded by his loved ones to the strains of Dire Straits playing in the background. He will forever be missed by his loving wife Siobhan, daughter Kate and son Tom, his brothers Neil and John, sister-in-law Triona, son-in-law John (Caulfield) and Tom’s girlfriend Ashleigh, his niece Daire, nephew Conn and Conn’s wife Abby, his many lifelong friends, his colleagues in AIB and Tralee Golf Club.

 

Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Friday (2nd May) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Saturday where the Requiem Mass for Hugh will be celebrated at 2 p.m. (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Churchill.

 

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (www.guidedogs.ie), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
