Monday, 24th February 2025 peacefully at John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford, surrounded by his loving family after a short illness.

Predeceased by his parents John F. and Jane, his sister Sr. Kathleen, his brothers Stephen and Seán, and his brother-in-law Tom Fitzgerald.

Dearly beloved husband of Ann (née Roche, Oxford), much loved father to Fidelma (Seán), Damian (Patricia), and Rory (Erica), and adored grandfather to Lorcan, Finnley, Danica and Conall. Sadly missed by his sister Carmel Fitzgerald (London), brothers Noel, Fr Tommy, Ben and Brendan, his sisters-in-law Anne (Bawnboy), Anne (Cavan), Maureen and Sheila (Oxford), his nieces Margaret, Kathleen, Eimear and Áine, nephews Conor and Kilian, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Removal to St Aloysius Church, Woodstock Road, Oxford, on Sunday, 16th March at 7pm. Funeral Mass at 12pm on Monday, 17th March.
