In the compassionate care of Nazareth House, Dromahane and in the presence of his devoted sister and brothers, Ignatius passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9th, 2025.

 

Survived by his children Sharon, Alex, Jonathan and Christian.

 

Pre-deceased by his parents Daniel and Mary Bridget, brother Declan and sister-in-law, Joan.

 

Sadly missed by his sister Maria Margaret, brothers Finbarr, Mortimer and Richard, brother in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Mallow (P51 XE2T) on Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by Prayers and Reception into St. Mary's Church, Mallow.

 

Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11:30am, after which Ignatius will be laid to rest in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery, Mallow.
