Imelda Kennedy
(née McManus)
Kennedy, Imelda (née McManus) passed away peacefully in her 95th year on Thursday 26th June, in the tender care of the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home, Ashtown, Dublin and St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Predeceased by her beloved husband Walter. A devoted and cherished aunt, grand-aunt, great grand-aunt and cousin.
The family pay tribute to the wonderful care that Imelda always received from Lorraine (Liberties HCA), Susie (PHN), the staff at the practice of her GP Dr. Kevin O’Flynn and the staff at St. James’s Hospital. We also pay tribute to her exceptionally kind and caring neighbours on Dufferin Avenue.
Requiescat in pace.
Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, 92 Lower Kimmage Road, on Monday 30th June from 3-5 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Teresa’s Church, Donore Avenue, Dublin 8, on Tuesday 1st July at 11am followed by burial at Mount Jerome Cemetery.
