The death has occurred of Ina Petty (née Kenny), Glencorrib, Co. Mayo (and formerly of Cordarra, Headford Co. Galway), suddenly at home, on December 2nd, 2025.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, husband John, sons Gerry and Ronan, daughters-in-law Mags and Mairéad, grandchildren Jack, Caoimhe, Éabha and Tadhg, sisters Joan (Cordarra) and Dympna (Coventry), brother Denis (Carnmore), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Ina is pre-deceased by her parents Frank and Delia, sisters Peggy Judge and Carmel Burke, brothers Patsy and Frank.

Reposing at Carey’s Funeral Home, Claran Road, Headford (H91 E6X9) on Friday evening December 5th, from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal from her home on Saturday morning to arrive at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glencorrib (H91 X744) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Moyne Cemetery.
