Rathgar, Dublin / Sandymount, Dublin

Pollock (née Cowan), Irene (Rathgar & Sandymount), 3rd July 2025. Unexpectedly at Brabazon House, Nursing Home, Sandymount. Beloved wife of the late Arthur. She will be sadly missed by her sister Pam, her extended family and friends in Ireland, UK and South Africa.She will be remembered by so many for her kindness, generosity of spirit, her spontaneous humour and sense of the ridiculous.

 

Our grateful thanks to Hugh, Usha and their wonderful team in Brabazon House Nursing Home Sandymount for the unstinting personal care of Irene.

 

Funeral Service on Thursday (July 10th) in St Matthew’s Church, Irishtown at 11oc and afterwards to Mt Jerome Crematorium.You can view the committal in Mt Jerome Victorian Chapel at 1pm on this link: https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/. No flowers, donations if desired to the Arthritis Ireland.
