ROONEY, Irene (nee Kennelly) of Rathfarnham, Dublin 16; 3rd March 2023, peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by her family, in the loving care of the staff at Peamount Hospital. Dearly missed by her loving husband Dermot, sons John, Derry & Stephen, daughters-in-law Aisling, Michelle & Joy, beloved grandchildren Maeve, Nora, Terence, Adam, Robyn, Juliana & Ailbhe; brother Matt, sisters Eilis and Eithne, nieces, nephews and many friends, particularly in Grange Golf Club, predeceased by her sister Nuala and brother Tadhg

Reposing at Fanagans, Funeral, Home, Rathfarnham on Tuesday (7th March) between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (8th March) to the Church of St. Colmcille, Knocklyon, to arrive for 11.30am Funeral Mass which may be viewed by following the link youtube.com/live/I3K1vAPVSDI?feature=share followed by Cremation Service at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
