Ita Cunningham Kennedy née Carr, Mourne View, Harbour Road, Clogherhead, Co. Louth and formerly of Peter Street, Drogheda. 16th December 2025. Peacefully at The Mater Private Hospital, Dublin surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husbands Tom and Joe and her son Patrick. Ita will be sadly missed by her sons James, John and Tom, her daughters Bernadette and Marcella, daughters-in-law Denise and Aileen, sons-in-law Fergal and Noel, her 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, brother Ambrose, sister-in-law Bríd, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends especially those involved in the whist drives.

May Ita’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her home on Thursday from 2pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 11am on Friday in St. Michael's Church, Clogherhead and can be viewed live at https://churchmedia.tv/saint-michaels-church with burial afterwards in Mayne Cemetery.
